How the hell else are you gonna cram mango, parsley and 4 apples into one meal?
Green Smoothie
- 2 cups of water
- 1 orange peeled
- 1 apple (fugi) firm crisp apple
- 1 banana
- 4 leaves without the vein. Peel the green romaine leaves only
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 kale leaf. No vein, just the green leaf
When you blend, add 1 cup of water and orange. I cut and peel it out and add it first!
Mango parsley — my fav
- 1 peeled mango takes 3 day at room temp to ripen (it will be soft when you squeeze it). Also you’ll cut the fruit away from the hard white center this is the seed. Don’t eat this part!
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 cup water (mix only half at a time)
- 2 cups of spinach
- 2 cups water
- 4 apples peeled
- 1/2 of a lime with peel. I only use 1/2 of the half with peel and juice the other little half.
- 1 banana
Sweet and sour
- 2 cups water
- 6 dried apricots
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 6-8 romaine leaves
- 1 banana
Thai gone green
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 2 cups water
delicious Green
- 5 kale leaves, no vein
- 1/4 avocado. Make sure it is ripe (soft)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 2 cups water
